What to do if you cannot log in
If you cannot log in, go through the following list of possible reasons:
-
The system administrator has given your password a lifetime,
which has now expired.
Ask the administrator to change your password and reopen your account.
-
The system administrator has set a limit to the number of unsuccessful
login attempts allowed for your account or your terminal.
When you exceed this number your account or terminal is locked automatically.
Ask the administrator to reopen the account or unlock the terminal.
If you feel that you entered your login details correctly,
tell the administrator immediately.
It is possible that the system has been interfered with.
-
The system administrator has locked your account or terminal.
To continue work, you must ask the administrator to reopen the account.
-
The system administrator has set a date by which your password
expires.
When your password expires, you are prompted to change it.
-
You have forgotten your password. Ask the system administrator to
change it.
