Unlocking locked terminals
If a terminal has been locked by the system
administrator to prevent logins on that terminal,
or if the system locked the terminal because a
user exceeded the number of unsuccessful logins attempts,
the following message is displayed on that terminal:
Terminal is disabled -- see Account Administrator
