Adding hard disks
If the capacity of the root disk is insufficient or you want to
reduce an I/O bottleneck on a disk, you may need to
install additional hard disks on your system. See

If you have multiple hard disks in your system,
you can manage your data storage more effectively by configuring
them as virtual disks. See
