Drawing straight lines

To draw straight lines:

1. Click on the Line tool in the tool palette.

2. If you want a patterned line, select the desired pattern from the pattern palette.

3. Move the pointer to where you want the line to start.

4. Determine the color of the line by pressing the appropriate mouse button while you draw:

   • Mouse button 1 draws with the foreground color.

   • Mouse button 2 draws with the selected pattern using a combination of the foreground and background colors.

   • Mouse button 3 draws with the background color.
