Using the SCOadmin manager template
Technical Library Supplement TLS075
features a SCOadmin manager template (it also includes
the online version of this document). This sample is located in
/etc/sysadm.d/template
and contains all the files
needed for an example application. The code is fully commented and
is an excellent resource for the interface elements documented in this chapter.
The sample manager, called appGUI,
acts as a front end for the
who(C)
command, and is structured as a series of modules and a makefile.
NOTE:
Code segments from the template are included in this chapter
for clarity, but we recommend you peruse the template
for implementation details. Where possible, the routines
and procedures are referenced along with the file (module)
name. The online text also has direct links to view these
files.
