Earlier releases of SCODB

Version 2.2.0 of SCODB is used on the SCO OpenServer Release 5 kernel. The following features were new to that version:

• Four new SCODB functions: saveu( ), dbtty( ), vuifile( ), and eps( ).

• Value breakpoints (break when a memory location reaches a specified value).

• Displaying of source code line numbers in the disassembly listing.

• <Ctrl>u and <Ctrl>d movement keys in the disassembly mode.

• Displaying function arguments symbolically in stack backtraces.

• Displaying the effective address of indirect call instructions during single-stepping (for example, call 14(%eax) <htnamei>).

• Use of the ``e'' and ``j''' keys as aliases to the <Space> key during single-stepping. Allows uninterrupted single-stepping through call instructions when used repeat-key fashion.
