Connections with SCO TCP/IP Release 1.2.0 PPP
On the new system,
use the PPP Manager
to set the following link parameters to Yes
(the corresponding /etc/ppphosts entry is shown
when the default configuration must be overridden):

Negotiation type (rfc1172addr)

Remote site uses SCO TCP/IP 1.2.0 (old)
-
IP address negotiation
-
VJ header compression
-
Protocol field compression
-
Address-control compression
