Typing text in a picture

To type text in the picture area:

1. Click on the Type tool from the tool palette.

2. If you want to type patterned text, select the desired pattern from the pattern palette.
   

3. Specify the color of the text by clicking the appropriate mouse button where you want the text to start:

   • Mouse button 1 types in the foreground color.

   • Mouse button 2 types in the stipple pattern.

   • Mouse button 3 types in the background color.

4. Start typing. Make sure to keep the cursor inside the drawing area. Edit the text you type with the <Bksp> and <Del> keys.
