Toolbar buttons are dimmed

If the toolbar buttons are unavailable, they are dimmed. To determine the purpose of a dimmed button, point to it with the cursor and press <F1>. Common reasons for button dimming include:

Print button

There is no message in the list to print.

Forward button

There is no message in the list to forward.

Reply button

There is no message in the list to reply to.

View Attachment button

There is no attachment associated with the selected message.

Down button

There are no further messages in the list.

Up button

There are no previous messages in the list.

Trash button

There is no message in the list to discard.

Edit Draft button

You have not specified an alternate editor to use. See ``Specifying a text editor''.

Find Next button

You have not yet started a search by selecting Find from the Search menu.

View Attachment button

There is no attachment associated with this message. Import or create one.

Edit Attachment button

There is no attachment associated with this message.

Delete Attachment button

There is no attachment associated with this message.
