You can designate a mail folder to be your currently selected ``hot'' folder (a folder that is very easily accessible). Before you can use a hot folder, you must create a hot list, the list of folders from which you can select the current hot folder. After you do so, the hot folder buttons display on the toolbar.
To specify the hot folder, click on the Change Hot Folder button and designate the current folder by clicking on it. The label of the current hot folder is displayed on the toolbar next to the Change Hot Folder button.
Save a selected message to the hot folder by clicking on the Hot Folder button. Open the hot folder by clicking on the Open Hot Folder button.
