Before calling for help
If your problem is not discussed in this chapter, the
rest of the SCO OpenServer documentation set, or
the
Late News
document,
and you cannot isolate the problem using
``Solving undocumented installation problems'',
call your support provider for help.
Before calling, however,
make a copy of the following trouble report forms
and your installation checklist from
``Installation and upgrade checklist''.
Then, write down the critical information about your system, including
a description of your problem and system configuration, so that the
support personnel can analyze your problem quickly.
